You take one look at a patient’s frame and you know they have been trying to adjust the nose pads themselves. The arms have been flattened or spread super wide. You need to get the arms back to their proper curvature so you can position the nose pads correctly. Reach for this plier. Aka a “half round” or “looping plier” this tool is what you need to create the proper “American” pad arm curve.
